Main Project Features
The project aimed to formulate a comprehensive programme (roadmap) for the development of regional agribusiness and food processing enterprises in the Northern Kazakhstan oblast.
Activities Performed
Defined key problems using the ADB logical framework analysis tool, designed programme goal, objectives, and activities, defined the list of 60 priority investment projects (including PPP), assessed budgets for each project and each action line, and developed a system of SMART performance indicators for each activity. Drafted the programme document and presented it to the Mayor.
