Main Project Features

The study aimed to justify the feasibility of the construction of a wellness centre at Bukhtarma water reserve in Ulan district of the Eastern Kazakhstan Oblast (up to 500 people). The scope included geological and topographical surveys, preliminary architecture design of the facility, utilities, and infrastructure, assessment of the cost of construction, and environmental impact assessment.

Activities Performed

Led local team comprising 8 consultants to execute the works and deliver feasibility study report with the approval of the State Design Expertise, local authorities, and the Ministry of Environment, in full compliance with the norms and standards and to the satisfaction of the client. Provided expertise as project economist and prepared institutional, investment, risk assessment, and social sections of the report.
