Main Project Features
The study aimed to elaborate a better planning methodology and manuals for local road departments in Kazakhstan to enable them to plan their road maintenance and capital expenses in an efficient way in the conditions of scarce financing available.
Activities Performed
Led the team to elaborate the methodology and manuals for prioritisation of road maintenance and capital investments. Contributed substantially to drafting the study report for the client and “Road Maintenance and Capital Costs Planning Manuals” for rural road authorities.
