A traffic-counting study and analysis to assess the achievement of the planned AADT values on a road section in Kazakhstan rehabilitated with ADB loan 1455-KAZ.
Activities Performed
Planned and conducted a traffic survey (24-hour classified vehicle counts at 3 spots) and an origin-destination survey along the Gulshad – Akchatau section of Almaty – Astana road. Analysed the traffic and produced a traffic survey report for ADB.
